We cannot say enough good things about our plumber! He has been wonderful to work with—always prompt, professional, and dependable. He has helped us with numerous plumbing issues around our home, and every job has been completed with skill and care. What truly sets him apart is his commitment to his customers. When my son’s hot water heater suddenly failed, he rearranged his schedule to make sure it was taken care of quickly. That kind of service and dedication is hard to find these days. It’s such a relief to know we can count on someone who is honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping people. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber!
Vicki CI can’t say enough about the prompt and professionalism of 1 Affordable Plumbing & Backflow. I reached out last minute with a backflow issue. My inquiry was promptly attended too. The schedule was full and yet the communication was detailed and prompt. Donnie was able to get us scheduled, provided the highest level of customer service and completed the work in a very timely manner. We have just found our plumber for all future service needs. Don’t hesitate. The service is as advertised and you won’t regret going with this great company.
Brad JI recently reached out to 1 Affordable Plumbing & Backflow to have a sewer line scoped for one of my real estate clients, I couldn’t be more impressed. The owner, Donnie Lucey, personally answered the phone, which is rare these days, and that alone immediately speaks volumes about the level of service this company provides. Donnie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to explain the process, answered my questions throughly, and scheduled the appointment quickly. The communication and professionalism were top-notch from start to finish. As a Realtor, having a reliable, responsive vendor is essential, and 1 Affordable Plumbing & Backflow LLC is now firmly on my go to list. I will absolutely use Donnie again and confidently refer my clients, friends and colleagues to him in the future. Outstanding service all around!
